A concurrent connection is defined as a powered-on VM and connected virtual desktop session.

To get a VMware Horizon View license key, you need to follow these steps:

Select Manage Licenses from the Quick Links icon or by selecting Products and Accounts > Accounts > License Keys.

If you are associated with multiple accounts, choose the appropriate account from the dropdown at the top of the page.

Select one license key folder or use the search bar to find your product.

Copy the license key that matches your edition and license model.

To use a VMware Horizon View license key, you need to follow these steps:

Install VMware Horizon View on your server or cloud environment.

Connect to the Horizon View Administrator or Horizon Console using a supported browser such as Internet Explorer.

Select View Configuration > Product Licensing and Usage.

The first and last five characters of the current license key are displayed in the Licensing panel.
